"General Manager Arthur Lampros can't help but gush a bit when speaking about his families' nearly 10-year-old establishment. "Some people think we are a Greek restaurant or an Italian restaurant," he said, "but I just say that we are the community restaurant." Lampros' father (George) and brother (Michael) command a kitchen that's become known for its signature dishes (avgolemono soup, pastitsio) and myriad daily specials (oven-braised lamb shanks, stuffed cabbage). Next up? A full-service wine shop set to open this summer. 4394 Kevin Walker Dr., Dumfries; 703-580-8500"
